Where do we deliver?

We deliver around Port Vila only. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

We do not ship to any remote islands in the Vanuatu sorry :(

Do you deliver to rural addresses? 

We do allow delivery to rural addresses :) We just ask that you take into consideration extra time for delivery when ordering.

How long does delivery take?

You will pick a delivery date when you get to the cart page - we bake your brownies, chouquettes or pies and give them to the courier 4hours before your chosen delivery date.

Because we use third party delivery companies we cannot 100% guarantee delivery.  We do use the most reliable Kaikai Koko Delivery services in the Port Vila.

Please understand this is out of our control as we do not deliver any parcels ourselves. If you are worried about this please order for an earlier date :)

What happens if I am not home when it's delivered?

Kaikai Koko Delivery Services will attempt delivery regardless. He will often leave the parcel somewhere safe if no one is there to receive the parcel, however if you do not have a safe place for him to leave the parcel they will not be able to deliver it.  If you live somewhere where the parcel cannot be left (eg - apartment, house with locked gate), PLEASE DO NOT select a date where you will not be home to receive the parcel.

Will my Brownie, Chouquette or Pie stay fresh?

All of your orders are baked fresh on the day of your selected delivery date.
