Orders

Can I change my order once I've placed it?

Yes! Well, as long as you give us sufficient notice! (1 day before due date). Contact us here, please include your order number :)

Does the package include a paper copy of the invoice?

Nope, no invoices or packing slips included in the parcel! Everything is sent to you via email.

How late can I place an order?

Everything is baked fresh to order, so we need some time to make your product, and get them ready to pick-up or delivered to you :)

Generally the cut off time to place an order is 4pm, two days prior to the delivery date (eg: if you wanted to order for Thursday, you must place the order before 4pm Tuesday).

Pickup dates can become fully booked, making them unavailable, so if you are needing your order for an occasion we recommend you order sooner rather than later to avoid missing out.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! We're happy to give you a full refund as long as we have not started preparing the order :)

What happens if the order is not picked up on the agreed date and time?

No future orders will be accepted without a 50% upfront payment.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver around Port Vila only!

Rates are:

500vt: In town, Tassiriki, Seaside and Nambatu

750vt: Tebakor, Freswota, Bellevue, Korman, Second Lagoon, Nambatri and Eluk

1,000vt: Tagabe, Nasama and Ifira point

Unfortunately due to the perishable nature of our products, we're unable to ship in the remote islands of Vanuatu :(

Am I able to pick up?

Yes! You're welcome to email us requesting pick up :)

What happens if I'm not home when my delivery arrives?

Don't worry! Kaikai Koko Delivery Services will leave your parcel somewhere safe for you if you're not there to receive it :)

*Unless he's unable to access the property or there is no safe place to leave it - in this case it will be returned to depot awaiting further instructions*

What do I do if I've entered the wrong shipping address?

If you have placed an order to the wrong address, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can correct it. If we have already sent out your order, we may not be able to help.

Please note that we are not responsible for checking you have entered your address correctly, so double check you have not made a typo!! 

Brownies

How big are the brownies?

Mini box of brownies measure about 11 x 23 cm and are 8 pieces.

Standard box of brownies measure about 23 x 23 cm and are 16 pieces.

How long do they last?

Our brownies are best eaten fresh, but have a refrigerated life of 3 days form your pick-up date.

Where can I store them?

We recommend you store your brownie in a refrigerated area. Avoid leaving them in a sunny area as the chocolate on top may begin to melt, and they will dry out quicker.

Cakes

How big are the Cakes?

4-6 Pax measure about 6 inches diameter.

6-8 Pax measure about 8 inches diameter.

10-12 Pax measure about 10 inches diameter.

28-30 Pax measure about 12 inches diameter.

How long do they last?

Our cakes are refrigerated life of 3 days from your pick-up date.

Where can I store them?

We highly recommend you store your cakes in a refrigerated area. Avoid leaving them in a sunny area as the whipping cream on top may begin to melt, and they will dry out quicker.

Pies

How big are the Pies?

4-6 Pax measure about 18x18cm diameter.

6-8 Pax measure about 22x22cm diameter.

10-12 Pax measure about 28x28cm diameter.

How long do they last?

Our pies or tartes are best eaten fresh, but have a refrigerated life of 2 days from your pick-up date.

Where can I store them?

We highly recommend you store your pies/tartes in a refrigerated area. Avoid leaving them in a sunny area as topping may begin to melt, and they will dry out quicker.
